Injection Molding Expertise

Coxon Group has been in business for 15 years in the supply of injection molded technical products and the manufacture of mold tooling.

Coxon Group has 900 molding machines across all sites ranging in size from 50 tons to 350 tons. All of our medical molding is carried out in a Class 100,000 clean room using electric only machines from our Japanese and German supply partners.

Process capability data is the key for control of the process. This data is available for every production order, providing confidence in product quality over the entire production run. All orders are reviewed for process capability with a target Cpk value of 1.33 for all products.
